Set-up of family office structure includes review of the family office fund structure in relation to its compliance with the terms of the funds tax incentive applicable to the structure, considerations regarding qualifying investor requirements of the Section 13O / 13U scheme, guidance and advice on compliance with MAS requirements, compiling and reviewing the required documents and information and liaison with MAS for the purposes of application of the relevant tax incentive scheme.
