When you furnish Personal Data by filling up forms (either online or in hardcopy) when applying for Finova products and services or feedback (i.e., surveys), asking queries, requests or other submissions;

If and when you contact Finova (i.e., telephone calls, emails and face to face meetings) which we may keep a record of that correspondence;

Details of your visits to our websites and web portals, including, but not limited to, cookies, location data, weblogs and other communication data, that you access;

If you enter into any contract(s) with Finova or purchase any services from Finova;

When you fill up online and hardcopy job application forms to apply for a job at Finova or to join tment;

If you make contact with any of our authorized representatives, agents and partners, we may keep a record of that correspondence;

If and when you respond to any of Finova marketing and publicity efforts, newsletters and other communication materials;

If you participate in any exhibition, event, road show or workshop organised by Finova or where Finova is a participant;

Full Name;

Business and/or residential addresses;

Business and/or personal email addresses;

Mobile and business telephone numbers;

Bank account details, if necessary;

NRIC/Passport/FIN/Work Permit numbers and copies, if necessary;

Educational and professional qualifications and certifications;

Employment history; and

Voice, photos and CCTV images/ videos, if applicable;

Medical records; and

Next of kin information and emergency contact details;

To perform or carry out Finova obligations arising from any contracts between you and us;

To enable Finovas subcontractors, third-party agents and service providers, to fulfil obligations/services as stipulated in your contract with Finova;

To handle services requests and enquiries from you;

For payment processing and administration purposes for Finova, or on be;

To administer and update your records in our databases; monitoring and maintaining a copy of a record of your past transactions;

To facilitate the delivery, maintenance and enhancement of Finova services for customers, tenants, shareholders/directors (including shareholder/director support services), and Employment

To improve Finova's customer service through your feedback;

For client and tenant KYC, AML and other background checks. For submission to offshore agents, if required;

To market and rent out properties owned by Finova

For management and communications with tenants and/or property agents;

To facilitate and administrate rental payments and for carrying out repairs and maintenance works on properties;

For job applicant database administration, management and records keeping purposes;

To assess suitability for employment, facilitate job placements for job applicants and for work visa application purposes, if needed;

To setup, manage and administer companies for clients, both in Singapore and overseas.

To facilitate data analysis and business planning purposes;

To process your enquiries and any and all other ancillary administration;

For communications, sales and marketing leads generation and general publicity;

For vendor management and communications purposes;

For government, compliance, audit and other regulatory purposes;

Purposes incidental to each or all of the above.
